Dear Customers and Homeowners,

There is no higher priority to our entire MTT Homes Family than the well-being of our associates, current & future home buyers, and Trade Partners. Our hearts go out to those in our communities who have been affected by the outbreak of the virus.  Now, more than ever, many families are spending more time in their homes as we work to flatten the curve. For 10+ years, MTT Homes has stayed true to our mission and vision of helping families fulfill their dream of home ownership. We have never been more privileged to build the homes our customers have always dreamed of.

Our sales office is open as well as model home tours due to reaching Phase 2.

 You also have the flexibility to schedule a virtual visit with one of our sales members. The safety and well-being of our customers, team members, neighbors and communities remain of the highest priority for us. To accommodate you during this time, we’ve expanded our company policies to allow for virtual design center appointments.

We continue to monitor this challenging situation and are following the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control Prevention and state/local health authorities, as you should. To this end, we have implemented the following protocol for our homebuyers and employees:

• Visitors will be greeted with a friendly smile, but following social distancing recommendations.
• Employees are staying home if they don’t feel well. While on-site, proper PPE is required. There are temperature check-in points, hand-wash stations, and COVID-19 protocol signage.
• All trade partners & employees are following MTT Safety Response plan, as put forward by Governor Inslee’s “Phase 1 Construction Restart” Addendum to Proclamation 20-25.

While we must do our part to adapt and respond to this world crisis, we’re confident about the days ahead.
